We do not offer additional information or shipping dates for PREORDERS, as it is not possible to predict their arrival at the warehouse or delays in customs.
It is usually a month after its release.
Please consider these delays before placing a PREORDER
You will see it advertised on the main page or through the "Pre-orders" tab.
When you enter the product you can order the reserve and you will receive your receipt. (∩`-´)⊃━☆゚.*・。゚
If you forgot to add a product to your purchase and it has not been shipped yet, don't worry.
Make the purchase of the additional item in a separate order and send us an email with the subject "Consolidation" and the number of your two orders, we will refund the extra shipping and send everything together.
If you add an item to your Whishlist:
- You will receive email notifications of restock.
- You will receive email notifications of price drops.
- You can follow their availability in your whishlist.
First check that the item you purchased is not a "Preorder".
Importing items from Japan is an arduous task that sometimes suffers long delays at customs, so we apologize for possible delays.
Import times typically range from 2 weeks to 2 months.
An Inpost collection point selector will automatically appear right after making the payment.
If you want to make sure before paying, check here your nearest point .
If you did not select your Inpost point after placing the order, the one closest to the shipping address you indicated will be automatically selected .
Change Point: If the order has not yet been sent , you can request a new collection point by email.
There are no changes after submitting the order.
If the item has not yet been shipped, contact us and we will modify the shipping address.

The items with the most subscriptions to the "Notify me when there is restock" button are taken as priority to bring them back.
The catalog is updated after quality control of the new items!
